Habs to reveal Worth in enlargement draft after star goalie agrees to waive no-move clause: stories | CBC Sports activities


Based on a number of stories, Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Worth has agreed to waive his no-movement clause forward of the NHL’s enlargement draft.

The transfer makes the 33-year-old netminder – who was instrumental in Montreal’s current Stanley Cup run, during which he began all 22 video games playoff video games to assist the Canadiens attain the ultimate – eligible to be claimed by the Seattle Kraken.

The enlargement draft takes place subsequent Wednesday at eight p.m. ET.
